Epididymitis which clinical performance?
Epididymitis can be divided into acute epididymitis and chronic epididymitis. (1) acute epididymitis conscious patients at the beginning of scrotal pain, radiation ipsilateral to the groin and lower abdomen. or standing heavier; rapid swelling of the scrotum, a marked tenderness, edema scrotal skin redness; Early and testis clear boundaries, later be blended into one, ill-defined. If pus formation, local flu has fluctuated, sometimes may break, and fistula formation. Can be accompanied by high fever, general malaise and sometimes a urethral secretions and sometimes urinary frequency, urgency and urge other irritation. (2) chronic epididymitis often scrotal pain, fall, swell, the pain can be radiated to the ipsilateral lower abdomen and buttock. Swelling of the affected side of the epididymis, a mild tenderness, and testis clear boundaries. Can be accompanied by the spermatic cord and the vas deferens enlargement, prostate stiffen and chronic prostatitis performance. Bilateral epididymitis often led to infertility.
