Genetic factors cause leukemia

Genetic susceptibility to leukemia inferred from the following facts:
① certain high-risk families, suffering from leukemia between compatriots chance than normal crowd four times higher;
② with egg twin children, one suffering from leukemia, another person suffering from leukemia opportunities than normal high 25 percent;
③ with special genetic syndrome, the incidence of leukemia increased, such as Down's syndrome (Down syndrome), Fanconi anemia, hereditary ataxia telangiectasia, etc..
