Common acute enteritis which drug treatment?
(1) to alleviate pain : abdominal pain antispasmodic agents available, If oral atropine 0.3-0.6mg or propofol-Sim ~ 15mg, 30mg, or intramuscular anisodamine 5 ~ 10 mg, or a security abdominal pain. (2) Anti-Inflammatory : If bacterial infection, antibiotics should be used drugs, such as berberine 0.3 g, 3 times a day. sulfamethoxazole, each one-two, three-four times. Norfloxacin 0.1 ~ 0.2, 3 times a day. Gentamicin 160,000 units, oral, daily three-four times. If severe dehydrating vomiting or obvious, given intravenous glucose drip. Acidosis due static point 5% sodium bicarbonate solution. Upper gastrointestinal bleeding should be fluid or blood transfusion, ice gastric lavage, oral antacids.
