Treatment (1) broad-spectrum antibiotic dose intramuscular or intravenous drip. (2) If the swelling serious, those with respiratory problems should also increase with hormone infusion to reduce edema in the epiglottis. For the apparent throat obstruction symptoms, should be timely for tracheotomy, in order to avoid suffocation. (3) abscess formation, the laryngoscope under incision and drainage must be made. (4) local antibiotic and hormone given aerosol inhalation, to promote inflammation dissipated.
