Alcoholic hepatitis What complications?

(1) liver failure : after onset of illness dramatically deteriorated, with the clinical manifestations of severe hepatitis look like. Standing with hepatic coma, upper gastrointestinal bleeding, renal failure secondary to infection and death. (2) of intrahepatic cholestasis : heavy degree of jaundice, liver enlargement obviously, abdominal pain, fever, bilirubin and significantly higher AKP, aminotransferase and only mildly abnormal. (3) Zieve syndrome : the disease of the three major characteristics of jaundice, hyperlipidemia and hemolytic anemia. Can be regarded as alcoholic hepatitis A subtype, stop drinking, symptoms can disappear. (4) low-sugar alcohol syndrome : eating less of the patients, after drinking heavily, low blood sugar, palpitations accompanied by sweating, loss of consciousness and other nervous system performance. After intravenous injection of glucose with good results.
