Autoimmune hepatitis types?
Autoimmune hepatitis is divided into three types : type I (classical autoimmune hepatitis), mostly females, have anti-nuclear antibodies and anti-smooth muscle antibodies (anti-actin); II pattern are children disappearing existence of anti-liver, I renal microsomal-type antigen antibody characteristics; Ⅲ existence of anti-soluble liver antigen antibody characteristics. II, III-rare. Autoimmune hepatitis prognosis and severity of inflammation and host genetic quality, Severe patients without treatment in 10 to 90% mortality rate. MLADR3-positive patients, the earlier the age of onset, a high degree of inflammatory activity and find it easier to develop liver failure.
