What pulmonary hemorrhage - nephritis syndrome?

Pulmonary hemorrhage broad-nephritis syndrome, refers to those who have hemoptysis nephritis and the coexistence of a large group of clinical phenomena, and with pulmonary hemorrhage - nephritis, and anti-glomerular basement membrane antibody (blood and kidneys) of a positive-like illness, specifically called pulmonary hemorrhage - nephritic syndrome - type anti-basement membrane antibody. In this disease pulmonary hemorrhage and renal involvement of varying degrees of severity. If only kidney involvement without lung involvement persons should be crescentic glomerulonephritis type 1-primary anti-glomerular basement membrane-crescentic glomerulonephritis ; If only without lung involvement kidney involvement clinical manifestations were met idiopathic pulmonary hemorrhage.
